GRT easyGO App Reviews

This app is only helpful if you already know what stop youre heading for and if you want to know when the bus will be coming by in the next short while. If you want to plan a trip, youre SOL because the trip planner is awful and you cant even see when the routes are scheduled to come to that stop. Im glad GRT finally got an app, but they really need to develop the user interface to make it more useful to its major target audience, students! Please put the scheduled times for routes and their maps on so you can plan a trip for the next day!

The app works fine. Bus drivers need to be fixed though. Usually late (I notice the "estimated time of arrival" changes a lot). Sprinkle some bad attitude on top and you have yourself a GRT buss driver. Im sure the app would be more useful if GRT themselves werent so useless. Over-paid, under-worked.

I still need to know what time the bus comes tomorrow but oh well...

This app is useless. The directions to a bus stop make no sense. I wish I could give it a negative rating.

Not able to find out when buses will actually come unless your already at the stop which is more than inconvenient

This app eats my battery even after Ive shut it off. End up having to restart my phone and plug it in to kill whatever process is stuck. Ive switched to another app because of this.

I found the app to too difficult to use. The worst thing is the realtime is not accurate, which I missed multiple buses and see they passing through while the time still says 30 seconds or a few minutes

Dont waste your time on this. Absolutely confusing and pointless. GRT-please update this APP because I dont know how you expect customers to navigate this hot mess!!
