Very accurate app, bus arrival times are on the spot. Only downside is that it does not use your current location to calculate bus arrival times. Other than that, it is the best transit app for Grand River Transit

Love the concept, but the tap target for selecting favourite routes is too small. It takes 6 tries to hit the heart icon "just so" and not get route information instead.

The "near me" tab needs to have a wider search area. And the trip planner portion should be self contained and not open in safari browser.

1. "Near me" needs to be user definable. I only get 3 of the 4 at my cross streets. I would prefer to say give me the # closest stops. Stops within # km would also work. 2. "Favourites" need categories. I dont care about the ones "from work" when Im "at home" or "shopping".

Slow to display information and doesnt show delays of buses. Very user unfriendly.

The near me app never loads , amazing concept but lots of bugs to make it efficient

Way too many bugs and not super user friendly in my opinion (ex. no option to search for buses you want, difficult to navigate). Everything took a long time to load and the "near me" option was completely inaccurate. Overall, too frustrating to be worth it. DoGRT is significantly better.

Really enjoy that the app is very accurate in time. Really would like to see a search button though like on the app doGRT it would make it convenient to save the stop without being anywhere near it. This would also prevent you from using the map to try and find the stop to save it (btw which was very difficult when looking for the actually terminal) Would really like to see that in the next update.

Missing stops ie 1087 does show up for the night schedule.

Its a little slow to load even on LTE. Please add the ability to favourite a stop - not just a specific route

Nothing bad to say. The Real Time ETA feature is especially useful.

Its accurate but super slow!

Please fix. Wont show bus times, scheduling, when I tap on near me it tells me to try again later, and it keeps telling me that over and over. When I click on map it takes me to Waterloo when I live no where near it. And it used to work like a week ago. Please fix asap

Latest update now shows the location of the bus on a map. Real time countdown is pretty accurate. Best app for GRT

Impossible to plan trips with - please revert back to google maps

GRT should not have taken their bus times off google maps for this ap. It is hard to navigate and has to redirect to their mobile site to plan trips. Please undo

Trip Planner is terrible, other than that works fine... they might as well pop by the University of Waterloo and hire a bunch of app developers

Unfortunately as much as I have tried to find this app useful it just is not. It is hard to navigate, poorly laid out, poorly optimized (Im using it on an iPhone 6+ and it runs sluggishly). All around it is unfortunately a bad app. Wish that it had more use for navigating Cambridge/Waterloo areas bus system. The only use Ive discovered for it is walking to a bus station and entering in the code available there. That is the most usefulness Ive found out of a 90% useless app.

I want to like this app, but it runs so slowly. When Im running to catch a bus and want to know if Ill be able to make it, this app does not usually deliver on time. It needs work.
